What is BookProof?
BookProof is a guided MYOB file-review platform for Australian accountants and bookkeepers. It brings reconciliations, subledgers, payroll and super, suspense, loans, journals, GST, findings and evidence into one repeatable workflow.
How does the MYOB integration work?
BookProof uses MYOB OAuth, so you authorise the connection without giving BookProof your MYOB password. The integration is read-only and BookProof does not post, edit or delete MYOB business data.
What does a file review include?
The guided flow covers company-file selection, period setup, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, payroll and super, suspense, loans, general journals, and GST and tax codes. Findings and evidence stay attached to the relevant stage.
Is my data secure?
BookProof uses encrypted HTTPS connections, Australian hosting, account access controls and two-factor authentication. The MYOB integration is read-only, and reviewers remain in control of every conclusion.
How does pricing work?
BookProof costs A$149 per practice each month including GST. The one plan includes all users, MYOB company files and review stages.
Can I invite my team members?
Yes! BookProof supports team collaboration with granular permissions. You can invite team members as Viewers, Editors, or Managers, and control exactly which company files they can access.
What accounting software do you support?
BookProof currently supports MYOB company files.
How do I get started?
Create an account, add a client and company file, connect MYOB, choose a review period, and start the guided file review.
